We will always endeavour to send the exact items that you have ordered. The main 'feature' balloon chosen will always be sent, however, the exact colours and shapes of any additional plain balloons may vary in colour but will always compliment your main balloon

All of our balloons are of excellent quality. We will never knowingly dispatch imperfect balloons.

Always keep your balloons away from direct sunlight and warm places. Helium expands in warm temperatures so balloons can burst if left in front of windows, in conservatories, cars etc.

In contrast, you should also avoid very low temperatures as this can affect the float time of your balloon. Room temperature is always the best option where possible.

Always keep balloons away from open windows, doors, spotlights/ceiling lights and breezy spots as they can be blown against sharp objects and will burst.

If, on delivery, any of the vinyl on your personalised balloon is lifting, you should be able to smooth it back onto the balloon gently to re-adhere.

Please note, the vinyl writing will start to bubble or wrinkle slightly after 24 to 48 hours as the balloon slowly reduces in size, this is part of the balloons natural ageing process and cannot be avoided.

When adding additional plain balloons to an order please remember to specify the colour and shape you would like. If you forget to do this we will reach out to you for clarification. If we do not hear back from you we will match the plain balloon(s) to the main balloon you have chosen.
